Illegal or unethical behaviour in the workplace will not be tolerated by Sternico GmbH. Your report will help us to combat such behaviour and prevent damage to our company. You can use this form to report violations of the law of any kind (such as corruption, fraud, theft or illegal agreements), as well as violations of regulations and internal rules and discrimination.

For data protection reasons, we recommend that you submit your report anonymously and ask you to limit personal data of third parties (such as name, position in the company, etc.) to what is necessary for the report. As long as you do not enter any data that could be used to identify you, technical measures will be taken to ensure your anonymity when using this form.

We use the ‘whistleOps by 2B Advice’ ticket system for this reporting form. The ticket system and this form are provided to us by our service provider, LINET Services GmbH. The ticket you create is processed by our internal reporting centre, which is mapped by our service provider LINET Services GmbH. Relevant reports are forwarded to us by LINET Services GmbH in compliance with the statutory confidentiality requirements and subsequently processed by us.

You also have the option of submitting a report to external reporting centres of the Federal Government and the European Union. Further information about these external reporting centres can be found here.

How does a report to the Sternico GmbH whistleblower portal work and how do I receive feedback?

You start by selecting the type of offence you wish to report via the drop-down menu. If required, you can also specify the time of the offence. Please then use the text field to specify what exactly happened, who committed the offence and where the offence took place. The more precise and detailed your details are, the greater the chances of success of our investigations. Optionally, you can also upload files (permitted formats: pdf, jpeg, png, gif, bmp).

After completing the text field with details of the offence, you can optionally enter your contact details. However, the voluntary provision of your contact details is not necessary for the report. If you provide your contact details, they will only be used for enquiries regarding the investigation of the report you have made.

Finally, please check that your details are complete and correct. After you have entered the captcha and clicked on ‘Send’, your case ID will be displayed. Please write down or save this Case ID and keep it in a safe place. You can use your case ID to log in to the whistleOps portal and view feedback, ask questions and answer queries. As you will generally only be contacted via the whistleOps portal, it is very important that you keep your Case ID safe. Please confirm that you understand and accept this by ticking the box with the corresponding note before sending.
