With tireless enthusiasm, she can be found both behind and in front of the camera when it comes to high-quality content.
In her spare time, Tessa enjoys relaxing with an English-language novel or powering up in the gym or on the sand playing volleyball. As a cake and cookie magician, she occasionally delights her colleagues with her skills, but this is not the only reason why she is a welcome guest in other offices.

Peter has more than 20 years of experience in the service sector, particularly in the recruitment of specialists and managers in IT and engineering. At Sternico, he brings people and projects together and looks after the partner network.
As a self-confessed new worker, he has a real 4-day week at Sternico and likes to be in the office when the team is there. In his free time, Peter enjoys the outdoors and is a keen hiker, but he also likes to play a game or two.
He is just as enthusiastic about new computer games as he is about new tools that can also be used in a professional context – so he forgets that he is a NewWorker and spends a bit of free time.
